Upon arrival, meet at Kuching International Airport. Then proceed for a tour of Kuching City. The brief reminiscence of once upon a time beginning in 1841 Kuching was a fabled place of romance ruled by the White Rajahs for 100 years. It has changed with time and declared a city in 1986. Places of interest include: Visiting the renowned Sarawak Museum; a drive passing by the gigantic Cat Monument; a glimpse of the Kuching South City Hall; then driving through China Town; the business centre – “Golden Triangle of Kuching”; Sarawak’s oldest Taoist Temple and award-winning Catholic Church. Then ending at the spectacular Kuching Waterfront where most of the pre-colonial buildings are situated. Check-in at the hotel.

Pick-up up from the hotel and drive for 60 minutes to visit Semenggoh Wildlife Centre, home to the totally protected Orang Utan (known as the Wild Men of Borneo). Catch a glimpse of these unique apes displaying their acrobatic skills swinging from tree to tree, coming down for the feeding.

After Orang utan we proceed for Jong Crocodile Farm it is nestled among the tropical fruit trees and greenery and is the home  of over 1,000 crocodiles.  Besides these fearsome reptiles, you can also view of monkeys, barking deer, pheasants, leopard cat, monitor lizards and odd python. Return to Kuching, and en-route visit to the famous Sarawak’s Pottery Factory, famous for its intricate native designed vases and other handcraft items.

Day 03    SARAWAK CULTURAL VILLAGE (Breakfast/Lunch)

After Breakfast proceed for Sarawak Cultural Village Tour (theme as the living museum) situated at the foot of the legendary Mt. Santubong at the edge of the South China Sea. Explore the “Live” replicas of the 7 representative houses: Chinese Farm House, Malay Stilted House, Melanau Tall House, Penan Hut and Longhouses of the Bidayuh, Iban and Orang Ulu. Try the Village’s delicious cookies, try your hands on their delicate craftwork and feel their warm hospitality. Get entertained with a 45mins spectacular cultural dance presentation by the various ethnic people of Sarawak at the Village Theater.

Day 04     SERIKIN/MEDAN NIAGA SATOK (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast meet then proceed for Serikin Shopping Tour (open on sat/ sun). The journey approximately 2 hours and one can hunt for different types of merchandise such as the handicrafts, clothing, woodcarving handmade potteries, weaving and other endless items.  After shopping, en-route Lunch at Bau Town.

Proceed for WEEKEND MARKET Sarawak’s most fascinating shopping experience. This bustling, vibrant street market sprawls over a large area, with hundreds of stalls offering a huge variety of goods.  There include handicrafts, forest produce, plants (include local orchids) and dozens of different local snacks and specialties. The market is very colourful and packed with local shoppers, and offers excellent photo and video opportunities for keen photographer.

Day 05    HERITAGE WALK/ SUNSET CRUISE (Breakfast/Dinner)

In the evening within walking distance for ‘Evening Heritage and Shopping Tour’ to begins from Waterfront to a textile shop and a sundry shop respectively is a very interesting narrow lane filled with shops selling textile, salon, stores and even small Mosque; then proceed for Sunset Cruiseafter that take a ride on the Tambang (water taxi), to the famous homemade Sarawak Layer Cake and try our Local Delicacy Laksa / Halal Kolo Mee for dinner. The journey end with guest takes photo at our famous Cat Statue in middle the road between Grand Margherita Hotel and Riverside Majestic Hotel.
